With due respect I, on behalf of the students of your school, want to inform you that, ours is one of the best schools in Dhaka city. But it is a matter of sorrow that we have no debating club in our school. There are many students who are interested in debating. But they do not get enough scope to develop their skill in the form of existence for want of a Debating Club. Generally, it provides the students with opportunity to arrange the debating competition occasionally. In the circumstances, we need a debating club in our school and I hope that you would be kind enough to make an arrangement for setting up a debating club in our school as early as possible.

I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to set up a debating club in our school and oblige thereby.
