  • Paragraph on Liberation war of Bangladesh

    Liberation War of Bangladesh

The war of independence is a glorious period in the history of our country. The war was fought against the Pakistan army in 1971. Through this war, Bangladesh emerged as an independent country. It was also a war of supreme sacrifice. About three million people died in this war, Most of them died in the genocide carried out by the Pakistani army. On March 25, the army launched a massive attack in which there were heavy casualties. Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib was arrested and flown to West Pakistan. Most of the Awami League leaders fled and set up a government-in-exile in Calcutta, declaring Bangladesh an independent state. Internal resistance was mobilized by some Bengali units of the regular army, notably by Major Zia ur-Rahman. Eventually, on Dec. 3, 1971, the Indian army invaded the territory of its neighbor. The Pakistani army surrendered on December 16. Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was released from jail and returned to a hero’s welcome, assuming leadership of the new Bangladesh government in January 1972. Our victory in the war of independence was a hard-earned one. We should not let this great achievement go in vain.

    A Day Labour Paragraph

    A Day Labour

A day labor is a man who lives from hand to mouth. He usually lives in a slum or in a small hut. He has no good house of his own. So, he lives in a rented house. He is much known to all. Generally, he is a laborious and strong bodied man. Every day he gets up early in the morning. Then he takes his birth and takes some stale rice or breakfast and goes out of doors in search of work. He does different types of jobs such as carrying bricks, wood, stones, mud and digging pons constructing of roads, buildings etc. He builds our buildings, industries, bridges and thus he serves our country. He works from morning to afternoon. Sometimes he works morning to midnight. He gets his wages at the end of his work/ at the end of the day. Then he goes to market to buy his daily goods and he returns home. He has always been seen wearing old and dirty cloths. In spite of his hard labor his income is very poor and miserable. So, his life is very hard. When he finds no work at that time he and his family have to starve. The life of a day labor is full of sufferings and sorrows. He can hardly enjoy peace and happiness. In all weather–good and bad he works hard all day long and earns his livelihood by the sweat of his brow. He does not know what rest is. Though the service of a day labor is of great importance, he is very much neglected. He lives below poverty line. He looks older than his age. He leads a sorrowful and miserable life. He is unable to educate his children owing to acute poverty. He is not hold in due respect. In spite of unhappy life he feels happy because he leads an honest life.
  • Paragraph on A Moonlight Night

    Moonlight Night Paragraph

    A Moonlight Night

A moonlit night, the full noon shines in its entire glory in the sky, is really charming and enjoyable. It is really a night of dream and it presents a beautiful sight. In the autumn the sky remains cloudless and the moon looks like a big silver disc in the sky. The shiny light of the moon floods the earth and the sky. The moon’s rays reflecting on seas, rivers, ponds and hills create a music spell. When the moon pours her light on the waves of water, it sparkles like a diamond. The smooth rays of the moon please our eyes and mind. In a moon lit night, the grand sights of the canals, rivers, tanks present cannot be described in a word. The whole nature looks bright and appears in celestial light. The natural beauty of a moonlit night can better be realized than described. People of all ages enjoy a moonlit night. Young boys play and little boys and girls make funs and amuse themselves. Some people also visit their nearer house in this night. It seems that the whole nature has taken a new form and everywhere is bright, bright and bright. A moonlit night spreads a feeling of joy in all objects of nature. So, it is really enjoyable for the newly married couple. Poets of all languages have sung highly of a moonlit night. Even, we forget our enmity with others. We make a flock and conversation in different subjects with one another. The moonlit night reminds us the mystery of creation of Allah. We can estimate the moonlit night as offering a charming sight to all living beings. Indeed, a moonlit night is pleasant and fine.
  • A paragraph on Rainy Day

    A paragraph on Rainy Day

    A rainy Day

A rainy day is a day when it rains continuously all day long during the rainy season. It is called a pouring day. The sky is overcast with thick of black clouds and the sun remains hidden behind them. The weather is foul. The sun is not seen. Sometimes, gusty wind blows with rain. Rivers, canals and tanks swell up. Roads and paths get muddy and slippery. Water stands here and there. Normal life is disrupted due to heavy rain. One does not generally come out without compulsion. The common people cannot attend their respective places in time. If anybody wants to go outside, he has to take an umbrella with him. The poor and the day laborers do not like a rainy day. They cannot go out to earn their living. Their suffering knows no bounds. They go on starving. A rainy day is most welcomed to the students, as they have no classes in the school. A rainy day brings joyous mood to the young boys of the same age and they are seen to bathe in rainwater with merriment. People pass the day in listening to music, watching TV, reading novels. Those who have imaginary bent of mind enjoy the beauty of nature being drenched in rains. The cloudy sky lets loose their emotions. A rainy day has good effect on the soil. It helps plants to grow, flowers to bloom and nature looks fresh and beautiful. However, a rainy day is not pleasant to all.
  • A paragraph on Winter Morning

    Winter morning paragraph
    Winter morning paragraph

    A winter morning

A winter morning is misty and cold. There is fog everywhere. Sometimes sun is not seen because fog is very dense. Everything looked hazy. Nothing is seen clearly and people especially poor people suffer a lot. The road accident is high in winter morning because the road is not clearly seen for dense fog. The villagers gather straw and make fires to warm themselves. And people bask in the sun. In winter morning people like to eat various kinds of pitha. Children get up late. And morning school is very difficult for them. But the farmer and other poor people get up early in the morning and go to there work. They worked all day long. In winter they suffer a lot because they do not have good dress to save themselves from biting cold. They do not enjoy that morning. So it is very difficult for them. In cities, people get up late and they remain busy in taking breakfast quickly. For this reason they are not enjoy the scenery of a winter morning. When the fog gradually disappears everyone go to their work. A winter morning is very enjoyable to me.
